2018 Museum Social Practice Report

2019-05-06

Museums allow us to witness the development of history. After visiting the museum, I believe everyone has a lot of feelings! Now follow the editor to see the museum's social practice report!

Museum experience

In order to combine party school training activities with specific practice, combine theoretical education with strengthening the party spirit of students, and throughout the learning process, I participated in the museum social practice activities organized by our history party group.

The architectural style of the museum has both a sense of vicissitudes of history and a sense of modern rhythm. In the museum, we visited eight exhibition halls: Sui and Tang Porcelain Hall, Han Portrait Stone Hall, Twelve Halls of Fame, Canal Relic Hall, Song Dynasty Porcelain Hall, Painting and Calligraphy Planning Hall, and Ancient Xianggui Hall. Cultural relics unearthed in the area and national calligraphy and paintings collected. There are porcelain with wonderful shapes, exquisite craftsmanship, and beautiful decoration. By visiting these costumes, bedrooms, daily necessities, war products, and funeral articles, we have a deeper understanding of China's outstanding ancient civilization, the spirit of excellence of the ancients and the great wisdom of the craftsmen. . It also allows us to better understand the past and present of Huaibei.

Through these exhibits, we know that Huaibei has a long history and rich cultural relics. As early as the Neolithic period 6000 years ago, the ancestors thrived on this land. After that, the capital of Spring and Autumn and Song Dynasty, Surabaya County of Qin Dynasty, Pei County of West Han Dynasty, and Pei Kingdom of East Han Dynasty were established in Xiangcheng. Hundreds of ancient tombs and ancient cultural sites have been discovered and cleared in the Xiangcheng area, and a large number of precious cultural relics have been unearthed. These cultural relics have attracted worldwide attention with their distinctive period style and local characteristics. During the Sui, Tang, and Song Dynasties, due to the excavation of the Tongji Canal on the Grand Canal, Liuzi in Huaibei became a major town in China at that time that communicated with the north-south economy. This is what I know through these objects. The informative materials and vivid objects not only opened up my horizons and appreciated the splendid national culture, but also inspired my patriotic enthusiasm. It can also be seen that the Party's fine style is gradually formed and developed in the process of combining Marxism-Leninism with specific Chinese practices based on the profound heritage of Chinese traditional culture.

Through this combination of theory and practice, intuitive practice is combined with learned theoretical knowledge. This practice gave me a certain exercise. I am very happy to be able to gain valuable opportunities to expand and innovate in the field of professional knowledge in this practice.

I think this museum practice is particularly meaningful to me in history. I also learned a lot. As an activist who joins the party, we must give full play to our light and heat in practice, and in the future study and work, we must strictly ask ourselves and do everything with rigorous attitude. This practical activity has strengthened our sense of mission in building socialist modernization. We must inherit the spirit of the ancestors and strive to move closer to the party organization.

Activists hands-on experience of visiting the Plain Museum

The weather in May is hot, but our mood is more enthusiastic than this hot weather. Our first group of activists visited the Plain Museum together in 18 years, and the mood was like the surging waves of excitement.

With curiosity and excitement, our group came to our destination, the Plain Museum. The Plain Museum is a comprehensive museum integrating museums, archives, history museums, and urban construction archives.

Three floors above ground, frame shear wall structure, 24 meters high. The first floor is the warehouse, technical room and equipment electrical room; the second and third floors are exhibition space and office room. The museum's overall plan emphasizes the design concept of "people-oriented, material-oriented", highlighting the solemn, grand, and inclusive character of the government square. Using modern and atmospheric design methods, based on the central axis where the city government office building is located, a symmetrical layout was successfully used to successfully construct an orderly urban space and create a strong sense of place in the museum. At the same time, on the basis of the symmetrical layout of the central axis, each individual building has its own unique personality. The dialogue in this difference reflects the urban context and regional culture, creating an urban space in which people and nature are fully harmonious.

The Plain Museum is one of the top ten iconic cultural buildings in Xinxiang. In architectural art, one of the manifestations is the "light of China"-the spread of the spirit of civilization, with the help of the radial planning vision of the planning form and the unique personality of the architectural image, through the huge physical scale of the stone, which is dominated by vertical lines, and Its rhythmic arrangement forms the shocking overall momentum of the museum, which implies the Xinxiang Makino Land, as the center of the earliest dynasty of Xia, Shang and Zhou China, and the birthplace of Chinese civilization. The second manifestation is the "historical growth ring"-the precipitation and inheritance of history. The plain museum has a semi-circular plane. It echoes the tree's "annual ring" in form and texture to reflect historical continuity. She implies that the city is a growing city, and the Plain Museum officially records the "annual rings" in the growth process of the city, so that people can pass these "annual rings" and value her bit by bit memories. The third manifestation is "Taihang Mountain Trend"-regional and growth characteristics. The architectural image of the Plain Museum emphasizes the vertical sense of growth and undulations. The appearance is tough and resolute, and the plain children's perseverance.

The Plain Museum has more than 30,000 cultural relics, including tens of thousands of precious cultural relics and 63 national-level cultural relics. The museum in the Plains Museum has a total of 19 halls, of which 16 halls are used for exhibition of cultural relics. Twelve exhibition halls are fixed exhibition halls, and four are temporary exhibition halls. To the west is the "Makino Huazhang" general history exhibition hall. The time range starts from the Longshan culture of the Stone Age and the cultural relics of Yangshao cultural sites. It is divided into four chapters: primitive society, Xia, Shang, Zhou, Han, Wei, Sui, Tang, and Song, Yuan, Ming, and Qing periods. The types include bronzes, ceramics, calligraphy and painting, bamboo and wood wares, inscription rubbings, jade wares, and stone carved statues. They are especially famous for the Shang and Zhou bronzes, paintings and calligraphy of Ming and Qing dynasties, and inscription rubbings from previous dynasties. To the east is a special exhibition hall for cultural relics, which is divided into five special exhibitions: "Bronze Collection Exhibition", "Ceramic Collection Exhibition", "Exhibition of Paintings and Calligraphy Collection", "Exhibition of Collection Top-quality Films" and "Exhibition of Statue Art". More than a thousand pieces, thematic display of bronzes, porcelain, calligraphy and painting, rubbings, etc. Most of the cultural relics were unearthed in the area under the jurisdiction of the former Plains Province. Regardless of the amount of collection or the value of the collection, it is among the best in the provincial prefecture-level museums.

Among them, the treasures of the town hall include a number of precious bronze wares such as Zu Xin'an, Fu Hao Fangzun, and Niu Nian Wen 卣, as well as stone carvings, stone carvings, and steles of the Northern Wei Dynasty. In addition, there are more than 1,700 paintings and calligraphy works from the past, from the Qin and Han dynasties to modern times. Representative collections include paintings by Zhao Ziang, Dong Qichang, Shi Chunhui, Li Kuchan, and Bai Xueshi.

When I look up at those fine calligraphy and pictures and display photos. I no longer just understand the content, but stand in the distance. I seem to feel that the characters in the painting are walking towards me. The lines in the words are like flying waterfalls and slowly moving clouds, giving a wonderful feeling.

When I looked down at the beautiful jade pieces, what appeared in my mind was the ancient jade carving. In the past, people described the creation of nature as a magical work. When I saw these exquisite art tools, I understood what It's a clever thing.

My mood rises and falls like a tide. Finally calmed down. Get out of the museum gate. I am still thinking about the rich and colorful history and culture of the plain and the awe of the ancestors. Everything went with the wind, my thoughts also melted into the rolling river of history, a small wave of waves was stirred, and the water surface was calm again. The currents of history once again slapped the rudder boat, slowly moving forward. Our times will continue. A trip to the museum, a baptism of the soul, made my thoughts and emotions work again.

Through this social practice , I understand that social practice is a good form to guide our students out of school, to society, to contact society, to understand society, to join society, and to know society. It is also an effective way to promote students to participate in reform and opening up, cultivate their own talents, improve their own thinking and cultivation, and establish a good idea to serve the society. It helps us to update our concepts, absorb new ideas and knowledge, and improve our quality. All in all, this time the social practice of activists has improved my overall quality and matured my thinking. I hope that there will be such opportunities in the future so that I can get a better and more comprehensive exercise. In the future study and life, I will set my mind right, correctly position, study hard, improve my overall quality, adapt to the requirements of the times, and be a useful person to the society and the people.
